Fully branded and wrapped in plastic-free packaging, our 100g Milk or Dark chocolate bars are the perfect way to delight your customers, partners or employees and promote your brand.

1. Choose Your Chocolate
Select either our Milk Chocolate Bar or Dark Chocolate Bar and place your order.

2. Design Your Bar Sleeve
Create your own design for the front of the bar sleeves using the Milk Chocolate Bar template or the Dark Chocolate Bar template, you can include logos, personalised text, images, and other design elements to make the sleeves unique. When placing an order which contains both Milk and Dark Chocolate Bars, be sure to vary the packaging designs to distinguish between the two flavours.

3. Visit Box Sleeve Printing to upload your design.

You can also take advantage of their design service if you need assistance with design work.

4. Enter Box Dimensions
Ensure your design fits the following dimensions:

• Box Height: 10mm
• Box Depth: 79mm
• Box Width: 151mm
• Sleeve Width: 151mm

Specifications:

• Sleeves are supplied taped and flat.
• Print: Single-sided, full colour.
• Material: 300g silk paper.
• Lamination: None.

Note: You may reference the template size as E-803828 when designing.

5. Place Your Order
Once your design is complete, submit your order for the customised bar sleeves.

6. Printing
Your design will be printed by Box Sleeve Printing and sent directly to Cocoa Loco at:

The Chocolate Barn, Hill House Farm, West Grinstead, West Sussex, RH13 8LG

7. Packaging
Cocoa Loco will receive the printed sleeves and pack your chocolate bars.

8. Final Product
Your customised chocolate bars, complete with your unique sleeves, will be prepared and shipped directly to you or your customers.

We reserve the right to refuse packaging of the chocolate bars if the bar sleeves include any content that is offensive or discriminatory.
