I bought the Cocoa Loco couverture from Abel&Cole many times before but they stopped stocking it so had to find another way to get it and I'm very happy about that. This couverture is just wonderful. Smoothest and deepest taste ever. Add cinnamon, chilli, salted caramel, you name it, whilst cooking and indulge.
